PartnerAlly provides a risk and compliance platform that helps organizations streamline regulatory workflows, automate suspicious activity reports (SARs), and maintain audit readiness. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Compliance workflow automation
• Document management and analysis
• Risk monitoring and incident response tools
• Audit trail and reporting functionality
• Integration with third-party services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTNERALLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
