Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan.
Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and the company's strategic objectives in the fintech space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and customers in the fintech industry.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, keeping a pulse on fintech trends and market dynamics.
Play a key role in fundraising activities and investor relations within the fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fintech startup environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully scaling fintech businesses.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills within the fintech landscape.
Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and manage complex projects in the fintech sector.
Experience in fundraising and building relationships with investors, particularly in the fintech space, is a plus.
